Elizabeth’s foundation as a photographer was laid down by Oliver Green, her grandfather. Oliver, a professional photographer, had an exceptional ability to capture the essence of people by revealing soul through their eyes, without disregarding the complexities of composition.
Following in her grandfather’s footsteps, Elizabeth has become a professional photographer. Under eternal blue skies and soaring palm trees, she studied at the Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California. Legendary photographers taught her how to use the tools of the trade.
Elizabeth seeks adventure taking her into the wilds of British Columbia to document salmon farming or traveling throughout Southern California and Mexico with paragliders to find the best thermals. She works unobtrusively, capturing the action as it occurs. Due to the quality of her work and ability to connect well with people, she is frequently asked to return for more escapades.
Reading recipe books for entertainment, Elizabeth has transformed her passion for food and photography into a niche for which she has become well known. The look of freshly made food can deteriorate quickly, making it one of the most challenging subjects. Working closely with the chefs and owners of restaurants, Elizabeth ensures her work fulfils their needs. She is able to consistently produce remarkable and creative photographs. Her food photographs have been used in publications, including menus, websites, and packaging.
Continuing a family tradition, Elizabeth’s portfolio reveals solid photographic images, leaving a lingering impression.
